About the job

• Manages customers activities and visit them regularly;
• Develop trust relationship with your portfolio of clients to ensure they do not turn to competition;
• Play an integral part in generating new sales by upselling and cross-selling, as well as close the renewal revenue as per the timelines.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of your customers’ needs and requirements
• Expand the relationships with existing Top customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner as per scope of work mentioned in the contract.
• Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams which is working on the same account
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

• Experience in sales and providing solutions within organization based on customer needs

• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

Education & Experience Guidelines: Graduate, sales or relevant field; 3-5 yrs. sales experience and customer service
