Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately and professionally.
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
Maintaining employee and department directories.
Directing visitors to their destinations.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens and brochures).
Place request for front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Raise purchase requests for blue back office in SAP.
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments/conference and meeting room bookings as and when required by management.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, etc.
Verify and validate documents in the document management system
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
1-2years experience as receptionist or admin role
Ticket once every two years
