About the job

 Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately and professionally.
 Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
 Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
 Maintaining employee and department directories.
 Directing visitors to their destinations.
 Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
 Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens and brochures).
 Place request for front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
 Raise purchase requests for blue back office in SAP.
 Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments/conference and meeting room bookings as and when required by management.
 Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, etc.
 Verify and validate documents in the document management system
 Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.


1-2years experience as receptionist or admin role
